Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough Recipe
While you could buy a package of Ben and Jerry’s edible cookie dough bites in the freezer section of your grocery store, making them at home is so much better. It’s not only cheaper, but you get so much more bang for your buck (and get to lick the spoon).
Munch on your cookie dough bites as-is or serve them with vanilla ice cream. I can picture them making an incredible addition to an ice cream bar at your next party too!
Roll out your cookie dough into 2 or 3 long ropes about 1/2 an inch thick and lay them on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Once cold, remove the sheet from the freezer and cut each rope into small bite sized pieces that are about 1/2 inch thick chunks.
Cookie dough bites are tasty non-baked bits of chocolate chip cookie dough. This recipe is made safe for “raw” consumption and does not contain eggs, and the flour has been heated so it’s safe to enjoy as well. Happy snacking!
While this cookie dough recipe is egg-free it is not vegan. There is butter, heavy cream, and chocolate which all contain a form of dairy making this treat non-vegan friendly.

You can, but I’m not quite sure why you’d want to. This cookie dough is made to be enjoyed chilled and “raw” meaning, no baking required. To bake the dough as a normal cookie is possible, but the results won’t be the same as cooking a real cookie since there are no eggs or leavening agents.
Yes, this cookie dough recipe is safe to conume meaning pregant ladies, hungry chefs, and even kids can all enjoy a safe treat and bite of nostalgia.
These cookie dough bites taste just like the Ben and Jerry's Cookie Dough Bites they sell at the grocery store, but making your own is faster, cheaper, and definitely more affordable. Munch on these bites throughout the day or add them to homemade ice cream.
