● This angel food cake roll recipe is very simple to make. I used a boxed angel food cake mix, but if you have a homemade angel food cake recipe you love, use that instead!
● I used strawberries, but you could use raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, cherries – a combination of berries to form a triple berry. This would be a great strawberry, blueberry and cream combination cake to form a red, white, and blue dessert for the summer holidays! The berry combinations are endless and you are only bound by your taste buds.
● Use parchment paper to line the bottom of your jelly roll pan – it will make the cake removal much easier.
Strawberries 'n' Cream Cake Roll
● Spray the sides of a jelly roll pan (10x15x1) with nonstick spray, and line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
● Place on the middle rack of a preheated 350° oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes . The cake will be golden brown on the top and edges.
● Carefully flip the baked angel food cake onto the towel quickly. Peel off the parchment paper from the angel food cake.

And if you are lucky like me and experienced this light and fluffy cake and swiss rolls growing up, making this lemony flavored combo just takes it to another level.
Now, we all know I like to keep things simple and easy around here and this lemon cake roll is no exception. The simple steps include using a angel food box cake mix to make the cake. Then we make our lemon filling, which includes creamy cheesecake pudding mix, zesty lemon curd, and whipped topping. All you have to do is spread the filling onto the cake, roll it up, and let it set in the freezer.The end result is a deliciously soft and fluffy angel food cake bursting with light yet moist lemon flavor.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 10x15x1 baking sheet by lining the bottom of the sheet with parchment paper and very lightly spraying the sides with a non-stick cooking spray.

I figured I’d start with my favorite chocolate cake roll, and roll it up like you do a cake roll, and it would just work. (<– this attitude gets me in trouble more than you might think)
So I made my chocolate cake. And I rolled it up. When I unrolled it, it was in about 8 different pieces — it had cracked like crazy! I made it again. I rolled it up again. Once again — about 8 different pieces of cake that would definitely not be rolling back up. The cake is so moist and delicious, I have no idea why it wouldn’t unroll in one piece. Too much moisture maybe?
