Korean Style Pork Chops
All done in a skillet or oven-proof pan then finished off under the broiler (or grill) for a couple of minutes to get those crisp edges. That last step is so worth it! Just look at the colour! You will not regret serving these Honey Garlic Pork Chops to your family!
The juices in the chops release into the sauce while broiling, creating even more flavour and quantity of sauce to serve with your pork.
Melt butter in the same pan as the porks were seared in to keep those flavours going into the sauce, then add the rest of your ingredients.

Cook until the sauce reduces down and thickens slightly (about 3-4 minutes). Don’t cook for too long or the honey will reduce down completely, leaving you with a dry pan. (If that happens, just make another batch of sauce only to serve with later.)

Pork Chops In Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Starting with the basics, they come from four main sections: the shoulder (or blade) chops, rib chops, loin chops, and sirloin chops. Each section cooks and looks a little differently.
I can’t really say for certain which cut is better than the other as it depends on the person planning to eat it.My own personal favorite, however, is thebone-inrib chop.Flavorful, easy to cook, with a happy balance of lean plus fat.

To cook on thestovetop, heat a little bit ofolive oilin a large skillet overmedium-high heat. Wait for the skillet to be hot before you add thepork chops.Searingthe outside helps lock in the juices.
Ok, so the pan is hot, you’ve added yourpork chops. Now add 2 tablespoons butter and 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side (for a total of 6-8 minutes), or until the outside isgolden brownand theinternal temperaturereads 145°F (or a little below) with adigitalmeat thermometer.
Add the remaining tablespoon of butter, the minced garlic, and chopped thyme to the skillet. Use a spoon to drizzle thegarlic buttersauce over thepork chopsbefore flipping the chops over and spooning thegarlic butteron the other side. Repeat for 1-2 minutes.
