Easy Artichoke Dip Recipe Mayonnaise
This dip is a variation of our famous Spinach Artichoke Dip and a party favorite! It can be made ahead of time and always gets rave reviews.
This recipe has a slightly lighter consistency compared to our spinach artichoke dip and the flavor of the artichokes is very forward!
If you use canned artichokes, you’ll need to add some extra seasoning (1/8 teaspoon each dried basil and oregano with a bit of salt & pepper).
Spinach And Artichoke Dip Recipe
CHEESES: Parmesan adds bold flavor to this recipe while mozzarella gives a nice creamy texture. Gruyere is another great addition to this recipe.
Parmesan Artichoke Dip is rich, creamy, and packed with artichokes & fresh parmesan cheese. It’s all topped with a buttery crumb topping and baked until golden and bubbly.
This recipe uses marinated artichokes which are different than canned artichokes. Marinated artichokes are in oil (not water) and are well seasoned. If you use canned artichokes, you'll need to add some extra seasoning (1/8 teaspoon each dried basil and oregano with a bit of salt & pepper).

Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip
Party Season is all about the dips, charcuterie boards, and finger foods. Let’s make the Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms, Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers, and some Spicy Chex Party Mix!
Mike and I recently enjoyed the best artichoke dip at a restaurant lately, so much that we practically licked the bowl. This is an effort to recreate it, and I think I did pretty good!
While artichokes may not be your favorite thing to eat raw, they certainly are delicious in this dip. They are also nutritious, providing anexcellent source of fiber, vitamin K, and folate. So let’s focus on all of that while indulging a bit as well!
Best Baked Artichoke Spinach Dip (no Mayo)
While I don’t have a ton of dips on the blog yet, I do have several go-to recipes. We love a big bowl of creamy hummus and veggies, my Jalapeno Popper Dip with Bacon, and the best Southern Pimento Cheese. Also, one can never go wrong with some Cowboy Caviar with Avocado!
Chop artichoke hearts. Chop up the artichokes into small pieces. I reserve a few large ones for the top of the dip – presentation purposes only. 😀
I prefer to serve this in a small’ish bowl since it’s not a very large recipe. If you double it, I recommend using an 8×8 baking dish or something a bit larger than that.
Homemade Artichoke Dip With Healthy Mayo
Well, yes, you most definitely can add spinach. Then this would be Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip! I recommend using frozen spinach, and just simply thaw it and squeeze the excess liquid out before combining with the rest of the ingredients.
